My Employee Coaching Program is a unique service available to businesses and organisations that are committed to investing in their most valuable asset – their people.
Employee Coaching Program offers all staff access to a limited number of free coaching services so each and every person can develop their strengths, enhance their life skills underpinning work performance, and discover what makes them thrive so they can be perfectly fitted to their job. By investing in your people, the “bottom line” improves through reduced turnover, fewer workplace injuries and accidents, and productivity is boosted because happier people work harder.

How does the Employee Coaching Program work?

An Employee Coaching Program works along the same lines as an EAP (Employee Assistance Program). Your company or organisation establishes a contract with me to provide staff with access to a fixed number of individual coaching sessions (package of session define later).
I provide you with information about the service that can be distributed to the workforce. If an employee decides to opt in for some coaching sessions, they contact us directly and we allocate them with a company and personal ID number so their identity remains confidential, but we can track how many of your staff are using the service.
Your employee attends coaching services online at a time arranged with their assigned Coach, and I simply bill you monthly for services provided.

Professional Development

I will work with participants and the company supervisor to identify and remove any professional barriers to success such as gaps in skills/additional interpersonal skills training. I may provide some of this training through weekly mentoring sessions, with session content agreed upon by the participant and their sponsoring manager. In the case of training that is required beyond what can be accomplished during the mentoring sessions, I will organize additional training.
Mentoring Service

My Mentoring Service builds on the concept of individual mentorship. Populations that historically face employment issues can be successful if they have the proper guidance and support. These individuals find jobs, but securing them can be challenging. This service allows the company to support an employee as they overcome difficulties by having a advisor on site who helps staff members navigate company culture and develop within their team.
As the relationship between the employee and employer evolves, and the expanded nature of working remotely takes hold, the Mentoring Service program helps company culture to be more harmonious, improves communication among coworkers, employees, and management, and enhances productivity.
